Nomensa to conduct user research for JDRF Online

11th July 2011

User experience design agency, Nomensa have been commissioned by Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) to conduct user research for its online presence.

As the world’s leading charity in raising money to fund research to cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes and is the leading charitable funder of type 1 diabetes research, JDRF sought to complete user research to understand the requirements of their online users.

The JDRF website has a variety of audiences, each with different online goals. These include those with type 1 diabetes attempting to discover more about the condition and visitors, who are indirectly interested in the condition, wish to engage with the cause or donate to the charity.

By completing an in-depth review of all key audiences, Nomensa will provide JDRF with a better understanding of their requirements to assist in the future development of the website, enabling the charity to provide a more effective online experience.
