Nomensa to work with the RSPCA to optimise online conversion
30th November 2011Alongside RSPCA’s website refresh, Nomensa will conduct usability research and testing to evaluate the current website to identify the most advantageous ways to enhance the user experience.
Nomensa’s work with RSPCA will enable the charity to help even more animals in need by optimising the donation journey and motivating more visitors to become donors. Nomensa will help ensure the RSPCA website attains its full potential of being a showcase for the excellent work the charity does engaging and educating visitors on the plight of some animals and how the society helps.
