It was a pleasure to work with Nomensa. The project needed to satisfy both design and usability requirements, and the team came up with a range of flexible solutions that perfectly suited the challenging nature of the project.
Travel Intelligence is a company with a huge passion for luxury hotels. The website pools travel writing to act as an information rich resource for the discerning traveller. Users can read articles alongside hotel and destination reviews and then book their trips online.
Nomensa were commissioned to redesign the online experience with view to clarifying the company’s proposition, improving usability and the navigation, search engine visibility and increasing online sales.
Initially a Usability Expert Review was conducted to look at key customer journeys. Detailed findings and practical recommendations were reported back to Travel Intelligence with advice on how to measure improvements.
Nomensa then produced a stunning new creative design to clearly communicate the brand values of the company and implement usability recommendations to significantly improve the user experience.
The chosen design was then translated into fully accessible HTML and CSS templates and handed over to developers for integration into the back-end technology.
The result of this project is a captivating new design with improved page layouts, clearer call-to-action and an optimised user experience. Nomensa will continue to support Travel Intelligence to ensure success metrics are put in place.
