World Usability Day
With the festivities of World Usability Day now behind us until next year, Nomensa proudly announce the winner of the Nomensa Public Technology Award 2005 as British Airways.
British Airways won with their 'Self Service Check-in Kiosk'. This labour-saving technology is used at airports all over UK and Europe to help minimise check in time for customers arriving at the airport. More than 500,000 customers a month currently use a kiosk to check in before their flight and that number is growing all the time.
We look forward to seeing the technological advances 2006 will bring us and welcome those innovations that will make our lives that little bit more usable.
Our congratulations go to British Airways.
