Nomensa launch new services for the Take-Up Campaign

Nomensa have announced 2 new usability services design to ensure that local authorities are fully prepared for the national and local Take-Up Campaign which started in May.

Nomensa provide two usability services that will provide a significant return on investment to councils: an expert review of online services and user testing of transactional processes. These services will also help councils integrate usability good practice into their existing website design and development strategy – raising the level of internal knowledge. This good practice can then be applied across a council's entire website.

The national take-up campaign brings an important base of new users to Local Authorities' websites. The opportunity to meet these users' needs is greatest at this stage, when opinions of these websites may still be forming. Nomensa can help every Local Authority develop a valuable online relationship with citizens by advising on, and implementing, excellent online user experience.
