Putting Policy into Practice
The
2nd Annual Efficiency Delivery Conference is designed to help central
governments and local authorities, as well as other public sector
organisations, adapt their processes and focus their attention towards
achieving the target saving of £21.5 billion by 2008.
To help achieve this target, the challenge now is to push forward the efficiency agenda, to ensure that all organisations within the public sector are achieving the target cash savings. The conference will highlight practical case studies and provide advice and guidance on obtaining efficiency savings within your organisation. Key speakers are from the Office of Government Commerce, Cabinet Office, Home Office and HM Prison Service. Throughout the day there will be plenty of seminars focusing on hot topics and key issues currently facing those organisations implementing efficiency in the public sector.
