Highlighting the importance of accessibility and usability
Being held in the CentreSpace Treaty Centre in Hounslow, Hounslow London Borough Council are hosting a Web Accessibility event which aims to highlight the importance of accessibility and usability in the drive to offer government services and ensure good customer service experiences via web sites. The event will feature an overview of web site accessibility, with presentations from Nomensa and BrowseAloud.
Nomensa's presentation will highlight the importance of maximising user access and delivering a positive user experience in order to increase transactional service take-up and business effectiveness.
