A major new online resource has been launched that could well become a vital supply of information for everyone interested in health and social care.

The new King's Fund website will provide crucial news and data for policy makers, managers, professionals, media and the public.

King's Fund chief executive Niall Dickson commented: "Our new website will enable users to discover more about the exciting and diverse range of projects we are undertaking and give them greater access to our resources.

"We believe this is more than just a technical tool - it will enable us to change the way we work.

"We hope this virtual King's Fund will become as important as the physical building in which we are based and transform the way in which we communicate, network and engage with the people who use our services."

The website will provide free publications, articles and briefings, and links to over 2000 related organisations.
