A new website has been launched that could play an important role in keeping Essex's youths on the right path through adolescence.
The website is aimed at helping young victims of crime and helping to prevent young people getting involved in serious crime.
This fun and accessible website was developed by the Proactive Essex Police Youth Strategy (PEPYS) project team and the PEPYS Youth Forum.
PEPYS programme manager, sergeant Ian Carter, said: "We wanted to create a site that could really help young people get accurate information in a fun and exciting way.
"Working with the Youth Forum has made sure our site is of interest to young people and we hope that they will use it to get the information they need to make decisions in their life."
The site also includes downloads and games which have been tried and tested by the Youth Forum, which will help to further bolster its popularity.
It is being officially launched on Tuesday at Lakeside shopping centre.
