Web developers can now get more guidance on website accessibility in two new books.
After years of on-the -job experience in web design, Steve Krug and Sarah Horton have put pen to paper to help out businesses relying on their websites to draw in and maintain client interest.
Steve Krug's, "Don't Make Me Think" has a number of do's and don'ts of good web design. Whilst Sarah Horton's "Access by Design: A Guide to Universal Usability for Web Designers" provides advice and instructions on using HTML and CSS to deal with elements such as text, forms and images.
These latest guides will help fill gaps in knowledge, as more and more businesses realise accessibility and usability are key in maintaining a competitive edge in the online market place.
