The London Development Agency (LDA) has launched a new website which is designed to make the city's businesses more eco-friendly.
Creators of the new online service state that small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) can cut costs and help the environment by reducing waste and improving efficiency.
Companies can log on to the new website, titled London Environmental Support Service (LESS), to access a range of advice, information and case studies.
Charles Secrett, LDA board member, said that the new website is specifically targeted at SMEs, reports environmental data interactive.
"LESS will not only help London work towards a sustainable economy, but also improve the bottom-line for SMEs," he remarked.
Mr Secrett added that reducing energy usage, cutting pollution and recycling more can "improve competitiveness" for many organisations.
The site also features a number of links to agencies which may be useful for companies seeking advice and information on greener working practices.
