Young people are getting their say on important issues thanks to a webcast organised by Swindon Borough Council.
The initiative has been named "Word on the Street" and will be premiered live on the evening of February 22nd.
Local young people and children will be invited along to the event to share their views on a variety of subjects with councillors and the general public.
"We have a responsibility to try and reach children and young people and give them a chance to get involved," explained cabinet member Garry Perkins.
"The 'Word on the Street' webcast is different and uses technology that young people should enjoy and want to be part of."
The event is being organised by the council's overview and scrutiny committee and young people are invited to talk about anything they want that affects their daily lives, from how safe they feel in the community to how late youth clubs should stay open.
