Nottingham East Midlands Airport (NEMA) has relaunched its website in a bid to boost the usability and digital accessibility of its online service for customers.
The new website will feature a range of web accessibility options, including an interactive service in which users can have content read to them, in a variety of voices and pronunciations.
Officials also state that the service will have increased usability and greater access to important airport information, Internet Travel News reports.
Penny Coates, managing director at NEMA, commented, "The introduction of our new website is part of the airport’s continued development and we are really pleased with the end product."
Ms Coates added that as the airport continues to develop and evolve as a service, it is important that the new website reflects the changes and stays relevant to the facility's services.
Officials state that the service aims to provide all users, including disabled persons, with a functional, accessible and interactive web experience.
