2008 will finally see the back catalogue of the Beatles album go online for download, according to Sir Paul McCartney.
McCartney told American music site Billboard.com that contractual issues that had previously restricted the music from being available to download should be rectified at some point in 2008.
McCartney comments:
It's down to fine-tuning, but I'm pretty sure it'll be happening next year, you've got to get these things right. You don't want to do something that's as cool as that and in three years time you think, 'Oh God, why did we do that?
