Universal and Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions will be working together to create a micro-site promoting the launch of all Universals DVD releases this Christmas.

The deal, brought together by MediaCom, launches a site that contains videos, trailers, gift ideas and interactive elements including quizzes, games and downloads.

The microsite called MSN Specials has been integrated into the MSN network with advertising on the MSN Video, MSN Shopping, MSN Entertainment and MSN portal homepages linking users to the site.

The idea was to place all of Universals Christmas releases within one central hub so finding the perfect Christmas present was as easy as possible for the user. By incorporating video trailers, DVD game demos and an interactive gift guide we aim to allow users to engage with the full range of DVDs available from Universal.
