Online best practice guide E-consultancy is seeking charities to take part in its 2007 benchmarking.

The Charity Website Benchmark Report featured 110 organisations last year and E-consultancy is looking for ten additional groups to take part for this edition.

All of the charities will be scored on accessibility, usability, transparency, communication, responsiveness and integration, and any charity is eligible to take part, regardless of size.

"We are asking you if your charity would like to be included ... just because you may not be the biggest doesn't mean you can't be the best," states E-consultancy.

Vitalise, a UK disability charity, recently announced that it would undertake work to enhance the accessibility of its site.

The company expected that making such alterations would better enable it to interact with web users more effectively - which would accordingly increase the number of donations received.
