A new tool has been launched by email marketing company Pure that is designed to help brands identify when recipients are most likely to open their emails.

The new ‘Intelligent Time Sending’ feature is part of the organisation’s PureResponse email system and is based on the recipients individual behavioural history. The service provides information on when previous emails have been clicked or opened and when people have initially subscribed or opted-in to receive information from organisations.

The system will then use this data to calculate when the optimal time is to send emails to individual recipients and schedule email to be sent within one hour of the optimal time.

Darren Fell, Founder of Pure, said:

This is the first system of its kind that analyses the behaviour of the user through their interaction with historical emails and calculates the most receptive time they will open and click through. One of our customers has seen an instant 16-25% rise in email interaction. This is an exciting addition to the PureResponse email platform and as far as we know, a unique offering in the marketplace.
