High street bank Lloyds TSB is set to enter the insurance price comparison website, launching its own online price comparison site to take on Moneysupermarket and Confused.com.
The new website will offer quotes from 35 insurers, including Endsleigh, Norwich Union and Kwikfit Insurance. Part of the comparison aspect will be comparing on price, service and policy benefits.
Lloyds TSB claims that it is offering a unique service compared to the other price comparison websites online, by offering independent ratings on levels of service given by other car insurers. Each customer scores the insurer between 1 and 5.
