Prototyping

Wooden balls stacked on top of each otherHow do you identify what to change on your website? How will users respond to that change?  Do you want to provide the missing ingredients for delivering an amazing user experience or just add another coat of paint to ‘something’ you have not been happy with for a while?

Prototyping (proof-of-concept) can be applied to any aspect of your digital service. It will help you to uncover the necessary insights your customers need and expect.  We’ll help you design the right changes and make the difference your audience desires.

Prototyping can illuminate opportunity and reduce risk prior to relaunching your service. It is the best way to measure take-up.  It provides the necessary control without over committing the organisation and ensures that board level buy-in can be establish because a healthy return on investment has been proven.

You will recieve criteria for determining the prototypes viability through close collaboration (and examination) with key stakeholders.  Through a series of tailored workshops we will quickly establish what will need to be included in the prototype.  Our experts will then design the prototype and work with you and your customers to refine it to ensure it generates optimal engagement.

We worked with Nomensa on a project to pilot interactive application forms.  We asked them to carry out accessibility and usability testing on a prototype form and web pages. Nomensa managed the project well, with good communication throughout.
