Navigation Validation
Understanding how people navigate your site and find the information they need is a critical component of a meaningful information architecture. We apply navigation path analysis to validate and refine your information architecture using a large representative sample of your online audience. This provides real quantitative data, allowing you to feel certain your new information architecture will carefully guide people and support them making the right decisions.
You will learn which labels are not working and which journeys are proving problematic and causing confusion. We will work collaboratively with you to remove these issues - suggesting changes to labels, regroupings of content or cross-links, as appropriate to ensure customers’ decision-making has been fully understood, supported and optimised.
We will provide you with an information architecture that has been scientifically tested, analysed and refined with a large sample of your actual audience. You will deliver an intuitive and meaningful navigation experience to your customers.
