Technical Review

We’ll work with you to become totally familiarised with the software you use, its functionality and the associated business requirements it needs to support.  Our technology experts will evaluate your current set-up and understand the technology constraints of the current application as well as the opportunities.

We complete the review on-site using a combination of meetings, workshops and interviews to get to grips with your software and ensure any learnings gleaned from your experts about the existing and/or new system are utilised.  Prior to the review our analysts review any documentation to ensure we extract the maximum value from our workshops and meetings.

The review is packaged into a report and delivered as a presentation to key stakeholders so we can discuss how to take the insights and recommendations forward. Our approach ensures that the technical ‘design and build’ aspects as well as the user experience will be carefully blended together to deliver a meaningful and engaging experience.
