Interact London 2014 is a new UX conference we’re launching on the 9th & 10th of October, at RIBA in London. The event is an exciting opportunity to bring together those not only in the user experience and information architecture community, but also creative heads, technologists, strategic thinkers and business leaders.
We want to explore design and the role it plays in our digital society and we’ve gathered world-class practitioners from the US, Europe and UK to speak, some of whom are:
- Andreas Adamec – Manager of UX & Design at Warner Bros;
- Dan Ramsden – Creative Director UX at the BBC;
- Andrea Resmini – Information Architect and Author;
- Jane Austin Head of UX at the Telegraph.
The full schedule of topics and talks for each day is available on Eventbrite.
All will be speaking about subjects at the cutting edge of UX and will provide a natural mix of philosophy and practice.
The talks will uncover the impact of psychological research within UX, look at common behaviours in invisible design and examine meta patterns in user onboarding. Iterative and adaptive ways of working, becoming digital first and other important lessons learnt from teaching will also be explored along with how culture can shape user experience.
In short, the most ground-breaking experiences and interactions require both the best thinking and the best practice – Interact London has been created and developed to showcase exactly this.
With tickets priced at only £180 for a single day, or £300 to attend both days - a saving of over 15%. With the world-class speaker line up on display coupled with all food and refreshments included, the value for money to be gained from this conference is an unmissable opportunity.
