With over 140 staff across Bristol, London, and Amsterdam, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Amsterdam.

The role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Amsterdam team, to serve as the key driver and owner of all proactive lead generation and sales activity and is responsible for bringing opportunities to closure.

Reporting into the Country Director Amsterdam, Collaborating with the Client Services Team, Business Development Team, Commercial Director (CD) the setting sales strategies and works with the Marketing team to execute strategically led campaigns with the objective of generating leads.

The BDM will bring our user-experience design excellence to new clients, generate new leads, achieve revenue targets and enable company growth.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience driving proactive new business and up-selling and cross-selling activities
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients across different territories and cultures
  • Adept in outbound prospecting via email, phone and face to face
  • Experience taking ownership of lead generation and targets new customers and new sales opportunities
  • Good attention to detail with sales forecasting
  • C1 or C2 level Dutch and English
