Content Designer

We’re looking for a content designer to join our team of caring, ambitious and curious content specialists. It’s an exciting time to be part of the content design team as we develop our services and how we work.

You’ll develop your content skills through working with public and private sector clients on long and short-term projects. Recent work includes:

  • Working as part of team to redesign a service to search and apply for jobs for a government department
  • Reviewing content for best practice for a utility company
  • Working with designers and developers to create a new website for an ambulance service
  • Conducting a content audit and updating content for an exam board

Beyond the support of the content design team, you’ll work alongside and learn from other user-centred design experts including user researchers, accessibility consultants, interaction designers and service designers.

Recruitment process

Complete the short application form, attach your CV and upload a cover letter. It’s not always obvious how you’ve worked from just your job title, so it’s helpful if you can capture this in your application.

Applicants will be shortlisted and selected for a call with our talent acquisition specialist. You’ll talk experience, ambitions and salary. From there the interview process will consist of two stages.

If you’re excited about working for us but don’t have all the relevant skills, we would still love to hear from you. You may have relevant experience or transferable skills. We are all the better because of the many diverse backgrounds our employees have so don’t let not ticking every box hold you back, give it a go!

Join a world class team!

You can expect to work with, and learn from teams of highly collaborative practitioners.
