People Partner (Maternity Cover - starting Jan 2023)

We’ve grown significantly in the past two years and have ambitious plans for the future across all locations and teams. To support this growth, we need someone to join us on a maternity cover contract starting in January 2023.

The role

  • To effectively partner with and support managers and employees across the full employment life-cycle, advising on HR policies, procedures and processes.
  • Work with functional heads to deliver great employee experiences from point of hire to departure. For example, working on staff engagement, development plans and supporting line managers to be their best
  • Support the continuous improvement of key activities such as pay and benefits development, policy and process improvement, ED&I projects and the Investors in People (IIP) accreditation processes

What we’re looking for

  • A strong commercially savvy HR generalist, ideally with CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Someone with experience of delivering an effective full-cycle HR service in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of our sector/similar environment beneficial
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and people management good practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic and strong in building trusting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A great team player and collaborator
  • Proactive, with energy and tenacity that means you deliver effectively
