We’ve grown significantly in the past two years and have ambitious growth plans for the future. With over 140 staff across Bristol, London, and Amsterdam, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to join our Delivery team in Bristol.

The role

As a Product Owner, you’ll lead on product development, using high-level perspective to define goals and create a vision for development projects.

You’ll support the execution of programme priorities and be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of digital solutions internally and for Nomensa clients.

Responsible for the delivery of business applications and systems, subsequent business processes, in line with client strategy.

What we’re looking for

  • A demonstrable fluency in numerical data, business processes and processes differentiation
  • Experienced in driving continuous process improvement activities.
  • Formal knowledge of/training in relevant methodologies
  • Track record of effective project delivery and project management. Knowledge and practical experience of working with agile project management approaches.
  • Understanding of technical delivery, to serve as a liaison between product and development teams.
  • Experience in aligning end product goals with the business strategy.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, confident in managing client relationships
