We’ve grown significantly in the past two years and have ambitious growth plans for the future. With over 140 staff across Bristol, London, and Amsterdam, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Bristol.

Reporting into an Account Director, the Senior Account Manager proactively leads a portfolio of exciting clients to ensure we deliver client satisfaction and results that matter. Through your deep client/sector and Nomensa knowledge you’re able to seek and scope out future packages of work, allowing us to be true, long-term partners to the clients we work with. Accurate financial forecasting and reporting is an essential part of any week for our Senior Account Managers, and helps us function successfully. You’ll represent the client within Nomensa, and Nomensa to the client.
What we’re looking for
- You must be excited by autonomy and understand what it’s like to be a great client partner in an agency – proactively guiding the client relationship to deliver on your forecasts.
- Someone who is very commercial, with experience of growing accounts and picking up new business activities (proposal-writing and pitching) will be desirable.
- You’d ideally have experience managing projects that are technical in scope/involving the development of web applications, but this is not essential.
- You will bring a track record of leading client relationships with proven commercial success.
- You’ll be skilled at meeting with stakeholders of different backgrounds and levels within an organisation, including Senior clients.
- You’ll be a strong communicator, with a passion for the work we do.
