What you’ll be doing

  • Our Test Engineers help ensure quality at all levels of product development; from inception through to delivery.
  • You will form part of several core project teams and will be responsible for requirement gathering, identifying and managing defects, and assisting our clients with UAT. You’ll be the go-to for code quality and will be expected to guide project teams to focus on best practices throughout the delivey lifecycle.
  • You will work closely with our development, project management and client services teams to ask questions, challenge the norm and to provide the best possible experiences to our clients and end users.
  • The role has a strong focus on manual testing, however you’ll be required to work with our developers to help define and build automated test suites using a range of services that best match suitability and project scope.

What we need from you

  • You’ll ideally have several years of experience in software testing, alongside ISTQB certifications.
  • Agency experience would be very desirable and experience of mobile, CMS, CRM and cross platform testing is a must.
  • You will have worked with a range of various test tools for test case and defect management, requirement and change tracking.
  • You’ll be experienced in identifying and documenting requirements and acceptance criteria, with expert knowledge of various testing methodologies.
  • Similarly, you’ll need to be passionate about accessibility for users, as this is a unique part of Nomensa’s expertise and capability.
  • We’re hoping for someone who is used to working with a range of CMS platforms, such as Drupal, or Dynamics 365, and you’ll have worked in both Agile and Waterfall development teams. Due to current client projects previous experience in the banking industry would also be beneficial.
  • SC clearance would be beneficial
