What you’ll be doing

By joining Nomensa as our new Traffic Manager, you’ll be joining our Delivery team to support the Studio Resource Manager on making sure we have the right people on the right projects, at the right time.

You will be a central contact point for projects that flow through the studio, you’ll work between the Studio and Client Services team, managing, planning and resourcing workflow, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

Day to day, you will be working with our Studio Resource Manager to effectively manage and maximise the resource time available in the Studio to deliver against all work requests, monitor utilisation and forward plan, highlighting and future areas of over or under utilisation.

What we need from you

You’ll understand certain project delivery tools such as Basecamp, Trello, Jira and MS Project, as well as Agile delivery methodology (including User Story Backlog management and sprint ceremonies).

You will join a team of dedicated individuals, you will be allocating projects to relevant practitioners and taking proactive steps to ensure projects are delivered on time, with the right resource.

As a crucial member of the business, you will be skilled relationship builder, with the ability to understand, negotiate and balance the needs and expectation of multiple stakeholders, while always demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude and focusing on the solutions.
