Salary: Competitive salary and bonus  Location: London

What you'll be doing

We have an enviable track record in designing digital experiences for a roster of household name clients across the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors. You can use previous case studies to your full advantage and bring our user experience design excellence to new clients, as well as generating new leads and pitching for work alongside our experienced practitioners. We already have a well-established business development and bid management team in Bristol, but we’ve never had someone doing this role full time in London, so it’s a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on it, help our team grow and all with the support of our existing people and processes.

What we need from you

We’re looking for people with incredible passion for digital best practice and, ideally, user experience. You’ll ideally be able to demonstrate previous successes in business development gained in a digital design or UX agency. It’s essential that you’re able to sell consultatively and that you’re keen to take your knowledge to the next level and work for one of the most respected names in the industry.

Why you’ll love us

The opportunity to grow our London office is not to be underestimated, it could lead to big things for you and it’s a great time to join us. We have fantastic offices on Oxford Street with an on-site café, and you’ll be working within a great team free of politics and big egos. Our people love working at Nomensa, it’s a happy environment and we are one of the few companies within the UK to achieve Gold Standard accreditation by Investors in People. We want you to enjoy the work you do, which is why we work hard to make our working culture one of the best in the industry. Come and talk to us, and you’ll soon understand why it’s a great place to work.
