What you'll be doing

We’re looking for someone with a positive mindset to join our London office and throw themselves into the opportunity to work for an agency with a capability in user research and design that is second to none.

We have all the case studies you could need to impress potential clients, so your remit will be to drive new business, proactively finding new opportunities through extensive networking and sales activity. You’ll be adept at nurturing relationships and striking up conversations about digital strategy or UX with senior figures or relevant contacts. Working collaboratively with members of a variety of internal teams, you will be able to pull together proposals and pitch to clients, explaining clearly and concisely how we can best serve and deliver the needs of client briefs. What we need from you

We’re looking for people with incredible passion and self-belief. We have a great track record of helping our clients’ businesses to transform, and we’ve been able to make a measurable, meaningful difference to their bottom line through the UX and design work we’ve done. It’s this passion and belief that will help you to succeed because we genuinely believe that the solutions we craft for our clients and the process we use are among the best in the industry; our design decisions are based on solid evidence and research, and you’ll be backed all the way by a team of phenomenally talented industry experts.

If you can demonstrate successes in opening doors and conversations with key decision makers, and pitching, gained in a digital design, marketing or UX agency then this will put you in good stead. But we also appreciate that the most amazing candidate could be out there, maybe from a different sales background, such as recruitment in the digital sector, and looking for your next progressive step. You’ll need to be a serious networker, always keen to find new opportunities to meet new prospects, and able to work collaboratively with other people in Nomensa to capitalise on opportunities with our existing client base.

We’ll be expecting you to come up with new solutions and bring your own stamp of innovation and fresh thinking to the role - can you organise breakfast meetings, informal workshops and round table events? Likewise, are you savvy with social media to create interesting conversations with people, turning them into commercially valuable relationships? We want someone who sees the opportunity here and grabs it with both hands.
