Salary: Competitive | Location: Bristol

What you'll be doing

As part of our nine strong development team you will be implementing best practice in coding, automation and continuous integration to help keep Nomensa at the forefront of web development technologies. With user experience at the crux of each project, you will be creating responsive websites using a Django based CMS and integrating third party API’s for a range of high profile clients.

What we need from you

We’re looking for an all-rounder; a full stack developer with expertise in Python. You are happy coding, peer reviewing other team mates’ code and mentoring junior members of the team. You believe in creating truly inclusive experiences and are keen to embrace accessibility standards. Aside from this, you’ll have had some exposure to Django based CMSs, and be used to working with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Gitlab.

We‘re looking for someone to join our team in the new year on a permanent basis, but we are happy to hear from freelancers too. Our ideal candidate will have previously worked agency-side; customer facing experience is highly desirable, as is exposure to client pitches and a good commercial knowledge.

Why you'll love us

On top of being proud to work for one of the first names in UX and accessibility, our people love working at Nomensa. It’s a happy environment and we are one of the few companies in the UK to achieve Gold Standard accreditation by Investors in People. We want you to enjoy the work you do, which is why we work hard to make our working culture and benefits package one of the best in the industry.
