About the role
You’ll join our team of over 20 UX consultants and learn “on the job”. You’ll work on exciting projects for our clients alongside our highly experienced and well-regarded senior consultants. A typical day could involve: Interviewing a client’s customers to understand their digital behaviours; Testing a website with people with disabilities to help make it accessible for all; Sifting through research findings to create a set of personas; Working with our Design team to sketch interface ideas for a new responsive site.
In addition to on-the-job training in our UX techniques, we run regular workshops to build your technical and soft skills and will assign an experienced mentor to provide advice and guidance.
- You should be graduating in 2017 and eligible to work in the UK.
- You should have a strong background in Psychology, HCI, Interaction Design or another behavioural sciences discipline (2:1 degree preferred).
- You need to love the digital world, have a core belief in user-centred design and understand research methodologies.
- Ideally, you will have a portfolio showing examples of your work (coursework or work experience).
