Join Principal Experience Delivery Consultant Kati Tar for our next webinar.

Working in the dynamic field of digital transformation and innovation often involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders and blended teams, which can lead to tension and communication challenges. However, by embracing improvisation techniques, we can break down barriers and unlock new levels of collaboration and cohesiveness.

Join us as we delve into key improvisation concepts such as active listening, building upon ideas, and fostering an inclusive environment where every voice is valued. Learn how saying “yes, and” expands possibilities, encourages idea exploration and sparks collective creativity. We’ll also explore the power of clear and assertive communication, enabling effective decision-making and minimising misunderstandings.

This webinar is designed to equip you with actionable strategies that can be applied personally and within your teams to enhance collaboration, creativity and overall well-being. Get ready to discover the transformative potential of improvisation and embark on a journey of self-discovery and collective success.
