Harnessing the Power of Deep Listening, with George Moriarty and Joe Knowles on Tuesday 21st February, 2-3pm

When was the last time you truly listened, deeply, in a meeting or conversation? Ignoring all distractions. Not waiting to respond. Just listening.

In our hybrid-working and meeting-overloaded age, a lot of our collaboration is through screens – the same screens which act as veritable notification factories and information all-you-can-eat buffets. If the value that agencies bring is in our thinking – how can we harness Deep Listening to unlock the full potential of interactions: with users, clients and our internal colleagues? When it matters, how often are we truly listening to all that is being said, and not said.

In this conversational webinar we’ll learn all about what Deep Listening is, why it’s important and what gets in the way of it – plus practical tips to combat this. Joe Knowles (User Experience Director) and George Moriarty (Head of Client Services) spend much of their days in conversation, for a whole host of reasons, ranging from water cooler check-ins to exploring complex business problems. Come along on 21st February 2-3pm GMT and (deeply) listen in.
