Creating delightful experiences

As you can imagine, working with a Branson brand means that expectations are always high and innovation has to be at the core of everything we do (as it should be). So you can imagine the buzz in the office when we heard that not only had we been shortlisted for B2B site of the year Wirehive 100 award for our work with Virgin Media Business (VMB), but for the Best User Experience category and Digital Innovation for National Trust too!

Whether we are bringing to life the inaccessible with virtual reality experiences, delivering digital transformation through research driven design or helping our clients use social experiences strategically, it’s safe to say that innovation blended with technology and psychology are fundamental elements to delivering successful experiences and keeping all our clients ahead of the game.

They are always one step ahead, anticipating what is needed, and then delivering it thoughtfully and impeccably, time and time again.”Our expertise in strategic UX and experience of working collaboratively with clients to deepen their understanding of both their audience and internal digital processes has meant that we can create exceptional experiences as well as help our clients achieve their goals.

In the case of Virgin Media Business they had a two core objectives. Firstly, they wanted to increase the value of their customer relationships: demonstrating to them, that with VMB on side, a business will grow faster and more sustainably.

Secondly, they wanted to bring the public up to date with what they do – moving away from being simply a broadband provider – they offer a complete digital platform packed with next-generation products, applications and services.

This was delivered through a programme of digital transformation across the whole organisation, and began with the creation of a fully responsive website resulting in a 25% increase in traffic to the site since launch. We are all incredibly proud of the work that we produce, especially in the cases of Virgin Media Business and National Trust where we’ve delivered results that have solved problems and have brought measurable changes to the businesses in question.

We continuously strive to think bigger and be the best in what we do, both in the UK and internationally and believe that our results reflect these aims and displays the quality work that we can deliver.It’s an honour to be nominated in the Wirehive 100 this year and to be recognised alongside some truly awesome talent in three categories. We’ll find out on the 12 October how we fare at the Wirehive awards but regardless of whether we win or not (fingers crossed) we are uber proud of our team, our clients and our work!
